About the game
Under the River: The Borrowed Skin centers on a protagonist saved by a woman whose act transformed him into a monster. As his body decays, he survives only by wearing her skin, and staying alive ultimately means consuming her. Two competing voices pull at him - one urging him to eat her, the other pleading for him to remain human - leaving the choice to the player. The game was developed and published by Night Fire Game in 2026.
