About the game
Tokyo Underground Killer casts players as Kobayashi, a lethal assassin who draws power from blood energy, moving through the neon-soaked underground beneath Tokyo. Wielding a sword, mystical abilities, and heavy-hitting weapons, the character hunts down extremely dangerous maniacs and beats back a swarm of merciless Flatliners spreading terror through the city. Phoenix Game Productions developed the game, which was published by 3DM Games and Gone Shootin in 2025.

These are not ordinary keys. A gift is usually region-locked and arrives through someone else's account — if the region does not match, the game will not activate. An account means you get someone else's login: the game never becomes yours, and it breaks Steam's rules. A DLC or a bundle is not the base game. That is why none of them count towards the price at the top of the page.
