About the game
Exotica Pack is a cosmetic add-on for The Outlast Trials, the horror title by Red Barrels. The pack lets you travel the world from inside your cell, bundling an exclusive set of four legendary outfits along with E.S.O.P.s, cell items, posters and player icons so you can customize your horrific journey. Released in 2024, it adds visual personalization without altering the base game's core horror loop.
