About the game
This remaster brings back a cult '90s shooter, now supporting 4K resolutions and ultrawide displays with no cap on frame rates. It packs revived content, additional episodes, a built-in level-building toolkit, network multiplayer, and a stack of over-the-top gameplay tweaks. Rise of the Triad: Ludicrous Edition was jointly developed by Nightdive Studios, Apogee Software, and New Blood Interactive, published by Apogee Entertainment, New Blood Interactive, Nightdive Studios, and Atari, with its release in 2023.
