About the game

A survival-horror prequel set before the original Resident Evil, letting you switch between rookie cop Rebecca Chambers and fugitive Billy Coen. This HD remaster sharpens the visuals, adds a new Wesker Mode, and keeps the series' signature puzzles and resource scarcity.

Did you know?

Originally developed for the Nintendo 64 before moving to the GameCube, it introduced a 'partner zapping' system and dropped item storage boxes in favor of dropping items directly on the floor.
