About the game
Papers, Please is a dystopian puzzle game in which you work as a border-checkpoint inspector for the fictional state of Arstotzka, scrutinizing documents and deciding who gets through. Every choice carries moral weight and consequences for your family, wrapped in a cold bureaucratic atmosphere.
Did you know?
The game was made solo by Lucas Pope, a former Naughty Dog developer; it won a BAFTA and became a landmark for 'serious' indie games.

These are not ordinary keys. A gift is usually region-locked and arrives through someone else's account — if the region does not match, the game will not activate. An account means you get someone else's login: the game never becomes yours, and it breaks Steam's rules. A DLC or a bundle is not the base game. That is why none of them count towards the price at the top of the page.

How much does Papers, Please cost?

Is Loaded an official store or a keyshop?
Loaded is a keyshop (marketplace) where independent sellers list keys, so prices are often lower than in official stores. Every offer on ulov.gg is clearly labeled with its store type.
Are keys from these stores legal?
Buying is legal — keys come from the grey market, so a small deactivation risk exists. So before paying, check the seller's buyer protection.
Which key region should I pick?
Global activates everywhere. Regional keys (Europe, North America, RU-CIS) only work on accounts from that region — use the Region filter to match your account.
What is an activation platform?
The service where the key activates — Steam, GOG, Epic or the publisher's platform. A key for one platform won't work on another, hence the separate filter.
What's the difference between editions?
Standard is the base game; Deluxe usually adds an expansion or bonus content. The edition filter shows exactly that variant, with no mixed prices.
