About the game
Mutation Madness throws players into constant chaos as viruses keep mutating, making survival a persistent challenge. The objective is to keep Cell City standing against an outbreak caused by the Madvirus, clearing out waves of infected enemies while upgrading weapons, using special items, and collecting intel on the viruses along the way.
