About the game
Lucius Demake reimagines the original Lucius as a stripped-down, retro title, rendered with a much lower resolution and a trimmed-back color palette to capture the feel of a gruesome 1980s-style adventure. All the chaos and violence from the source game carries over, just wrapped in an old-school pixelated look. The game was developed and published by Shiver Games in 2016.
Did you know?
Lucius Demake takes an unusual approach by deliberately going in reverse — a full demake that strips an existing game down into an older, pixelated style instead of remastering it with better graphics.
