About the game
Generals & Rulers grew out of a simple question: what would a strategy game look like if you stripped away all the repetitive grind and tedious busywork, leaving nothing but tactical, strategic decision-making? That idea is what led to this title's creation. The game covers the casual, indie, massively multiplayer, and strategy genres. It was developed and published by Hamsters Gaming in 2019.
