Methodology
How we collect prices
We pull prices automatically, straight from the stores' own sources — through their official APIs and feeds where they exist. Every offer is tied to the exact game, edition, region and activation platform, so we never compare different products. Listings that aren't game keys (accounts, gift cards, subscriptions) are filtered out and never reach the site.
How often the data refreshes
Prices refresh automatically several times a day, every few hours. Each offer shows when it was last seen. A price can change at the seller between two refreshes — so always confirm the final price on the seller's site.
Offers that disappear at the seller are marked unavailable and not shown as active — but we keep their history.
What “Official store” and “Marketplace” mean
- Official store — a store that gets keys directly from the publisher or an authorised distributor (Steam, GOG, Epic and authorised sellers). Safe activation and proper complaint handling.
- Marketplace — a platform where third parties resell keys (a keyshop). Prices are often lower, but the key's origin isn't guaranteed and there's a small deactivation risk — which we describe openly.
The label is a property of the store, sits on every offer, and we track the all-time-low price separately for each type — because they are two different markets.
How big our dataset is
We track 44 105 games across 12 stores. Since юни 2026 г. we have recorded roughly 17 790 390 individual price measurements. The price history is our own data — we do not license it or buy it from anyone. It is what lets us say what a game actually cost over time, not just what it costs today.
How we calculate savings
The savings percentage compares the best current offer with the current Steam price as the reference — not a crossed-out “full price” that often doesn't reflect reality. If there's no Steam price, we don't show a percentage.
All prices are normalised to euros internally for comparison; the seller's original currency is kept. Any local-currency figure is informational, at the central bank's mid rate on the day the page was built — your bank applies its own rate at checkout.
What we don't do
- We don't reorder offers for commission — they're sorted strictly by price (details in transparency).
- We don't show “from” prices that don't exist — every figure on the site is a real offer recorded at a seller.
- We don't bake payment fees into the shown price, since they depend on the payment method — we flag this next to the offers table.
